1. Overview & Governing Law Welcome to London House of Iris. This website is operated by London House of Iris Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. By visiting our boutique and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. These Terms shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of Scotland, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. Please note that UK-wide consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015, apply in full.
2. Spiritual, Metaphysical & Feng Shui Disclaimer Our conscious luxury jewellery, crystals, and Feng Shui curations are mindfully designed to inspire and support your personal intentions. Information provided regarding the metaphysical properties, energetic benefits, or wealth-attracting nature of our stones is drawn from traditional, historical, and cultural beliefs. Legal Disclaimer: These practices are complementary and provided for spiritual and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Purchasing our items does not guarantee any specific health, wealth, or relationship outcome. London House of Iris assumes no liability for actions taken based on our product descriptions, nor can we be held legally or financially responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, distress, or physical interpretation of Feng Shui cures within your personal space. You bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on our curations.
3. Craftsmanship, Natural Variations & Care We pride ourselves on using authentic, naturally occurring crystals. Organic variations in colour, texture, and internal inclusions are the hallmark of genuine natural stones and do not constitute a defect. Due to the use of natural stone beads, slight variations in sizing may occur. Craftsmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our curations with a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing faults. However, tarnishing, breakages caused by over-stretching elastic cords, dropping fragile crystals, or failure to follow our care instructions (e.g., exposing jewellery to water or perfumes) are strictly not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for replacement.
4. Pricing, Customs & Contract of Sale All prices are displayed in GBP (£). The legally binding contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Buyer Responsibility & International Orders: For orders shipped outside the UK, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or clearing fees. If a parcel is returned to us, abandoned, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees, or because an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, we strictly reserve the right to withhold a refund or deduct all original and return shipping costs.
5. Shipping, Delays & Liability (Force Majeure) Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. London House of Iris shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (postal strikes, extreme weather, customs delays). The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 60 days of the dispatch date.
6. Mindful Returns, Cancellations & Exceptions Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, email concierge@irisfengshui.com. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging attached. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exceptions: For strict health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless faulty. Bespoke, energetically personalised, or custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property All content included on this site is the exclusive intellectual property of London House of Iris and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our brand assets without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, London House of Iris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you bought.
