Precise contact details are essential for our carriers to deliver your parcel safely and for customs authorities to contact you if necessary. London House of Iris cannot be held liable for delayed, lost, or returned parcels resulting from incorrectly inputted information by the customer.

If you opt for Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection, Seel strictly requires your exact email address and phone number to issue your policy and swiftly process any compensation claims. Providing incorrect details may void your protection policy or prevent you from receiving compensation.

4. International Clientele & Customs
For our esteemed international clientele outside the United Kingdom, please note that any customs duties, import VAT, or local clearance taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These additional governmental fees are not included in the initial shipping cost collected at checkout.
