These talismans are designed for spiritual support and do not substitute professional medical, legal, or financial counsel.

We proudly offer a generous 30-Day Energy Alignment Guarantee, providing an extended period of reflection to ensure your curation truly resonates with you. If it does not, you may initiate a return or exchange of any eligible item by contacting our Concierge within 30 days of delivery.
How It Works
- Contact the Concierge: Please reach out to our team first at concierge@irisfengshui.com to initiate your return or exchange. We are here to gracefully guide you through the process and issue your Return Authorisation.
- Condition of Talismans: To honour the energetic purity of the stones for their next guardian, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and un-cleansed condition, with all premium packaging, tags, and authenticity certificates intact.
- Transit Arrangements & Privacy: Clients are responsible for arranging and covering secure return transit. To protect our studio’s privacy and ensure accurate processing, the specific return facility address will be securely provided by our Concierge upon return authorisation. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as House of Iris cannot be held liable for return packages lost in transit. For international returns, please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to avoid import duties.
Refund Processing & Timelines
To ensure total financial clarity and a harmonious experience, please review our refund processing framework. This transparent timeline sets clear expectations to prevent unnecessary bank delays:
- Quality & Energy Inspection (3-5 Business Days): Upon receiving your package, our team will thoughtfully inspect the piece to verify its unworn condition, original packaging, and energetic integrity. Items failing this inspection will be returned to the client.
- Refund Issuance (5-10 Business Days): Once approved, a refund will automatically be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow your bank or credit card provider 5 to 10 business days to officially post the funds to your account.
- Non-Refundable Costs: To maintain our premium service standards, please note that original shipping charges, return transit costs, duties, and any Seel Worry-Free Purchase protection fees are strictly non-refundable, as these represent consumed third-party services that have already been rendered.
- Chargeback Policy: We respectfully ask that clients consult our Concierge regarding the status of their refund before initiating a bank dispute. Unwarranted or premature chargebacks freeze funds immediately and can delay your refund resolution for up to 90 days.
Non-Returnable Curations
To maintain the highest standards of energetic hygiene and bespoke craftsmanship, the following items are legally exempt from returns:
- Pierced earrings (strictly exempt for health, hygiene, and safety reasons).
- Bespoke, personalised, or custom-engraved pieces.
- Opened botanicals, sage, incense, or ritual products.
- Final-sale or promotional curations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewellery arrives compromised, broken, or incorrect, we strongly recommend utilising the Seel Worry-Free Purchase protection (if added at checkout). With Seel, you experience the ultimate ease: in most cases, you will not need to return the physical item to us. Seel handles compensation directly and swiftly, ensuring your experience remains joyful and completely stress-free.
If you did not opt for Seel protection: Please contact our Concierge within 48 hours of delivery at concierge@irisfengshui.com. Kindly include clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging so we can swiftly assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.
