What does it cover?

Lost or Stolen

  • Tracking says “Delivered” but nothing arrived
  • Package stolen (including porch piracy)
  • Not received after 30 days

Damaged

Covered if the jewellery arrives unusable — clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), or crushed.

Delayed

  • US: 10 days after fulfilment
  • All other countries: 30 days after fulfilment

How do I file a claim?

Click the “Report an Issue” link in the Seel policy email you receive after purchase.

Or go directly to resolve.seel.com — enter your email and order number to begin.

A verification code will be emailed to you. Enter it to log in and submit your claim.

Seel will process your application within 48 hours. If you don’t hear back, contact us at concierge@irisfengshui.com.

What supporting documents are needed?

Damage Claims

  • Clear photo(s) of carrier & product packaging
  • Clear photo(s) showing the damage
  • Payout up to 100% of purchase value based on usability impact

Packaging damage alone or pre-shipment defects are not covered.

Loss Claims

  • Carrier marks “lost” or 30 days elapsed — no proof needed
  • Shows “Delivered” but not received — Seel may request:
  • Police report
  • Security footage
  • Carrier letter
  • Written documentation from an authority or leasing office

Delay Claims

No documents needed — claims are assessed automatically from tracking data.
